Monthly subscription terms
This is a translation for information purposes. The Spanish version is the legally binding text.
General terms
- The theory module is delivered online through the virtual platform.
- The practical module is carried out at the company that has signed the educational agreement (convenio).
- The course place is guaranteed once payment has been completed.
- Full payment must be made before the programme begins.
- You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after enrolment and always before the course start date by emailing practicas@htlescueladeempresaonline.com. In that case, the amount paid less 50 euros for administrative costs will be refunded.
- You may change the host company (for students) or the intern (for companies) within 14 days following the course start date by emailing practicas@htlescueladeempresaonline.com.
- If you request the official enrolment certificate for any administrative purpose, academic fees are non-refundable.
Specific to the monthly subscription
- The subscription grants access to all active courses during the paid period. It does not include the internship educational agreement.
- The subscription renews automatically each month via the payment method provided (Stripe / PayPal) until the user explicitly cancels.
- The user may cancel the subscription at any time from their personal area at
/estudiante/ajustes/. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-billed period; no pro-rata refunds are issued. - If a renewal payment fails, renewal will be retried for 7 days; after that period without success, access is suspended.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to the first payment and only if the user has not accessed the course content. Once the material has been accessed, the digital service is deemed delivered and the right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to Article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
